I simply want to express my appreciation to the technician who easily explained how to “train” my car (which I’ve had for 6 months) and then “learn” my remote and keypad within 5 minutes. Having tried to follow Liftmaster and the car book, unsuccessfully for all this time.

Had a problem with the door not closing. Did some troubleshooting on my own without success. Called Salem Overhead, spoke with the owner, Bill, and he talked me through to the solution. Saved me a service call and $155.
Can't do better than that on customer service. Highly recommend Salem Overhead Door. Thanks Bill.

Outstanding service. Spring broke on our door right ahead of a snow storm. Salem OH Door was out the next day, replaced springs, installed safety wires, serviced all of the equipment. The price was very fair, even much lower than I thought it would be.

These guys were awesome! I did not know what color to get for my weather stripping so they let me switch it out. Then when it turned out one of the doors was not sliding smoothly they came out within two days and fixed it! Would definitely recommend!
